Coppola “Director’s Cut” Chardonnay—Russian River Valley     2018
using only Russian River Valley fruit,  whole-cluster grapes are crushed and ferment entirely in French oak barrels to produce a wine with a seductive, round texture and notes of sweet vanilla. this yields a full-bodied Chardonnay bursting with flavors of butterscotch, brioche, and baked apples    11 / 40-

Adami Prosecco ‘Vigneto Giardino’—Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore   2019    
single vineyard and vintage fruit (Glera). rich, intense, and harmonious on the nose, with lovely, crisp spiciness, hints of apple and peach, wisteria and acacia blossom. rich, forward fruitiness, with supple, velvety textures on the palate. dark and opulent Malbec with black cherry and purple plum giving way to violets and mineral notes. the palate showcases ripe strawberry, chocolate covered cherries and sweet tobacco with lingering acidity     11/40-

Beresan Cabernet Sauvignon   2012—Walla Walla WA
opens with aromas of blackberry, blueberry and ripe currants. full-bodied flavors of dark chocolate, espresso and ripe raspberry are accented by vanilla and barrel spice notes. the palate finishes with fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity    13/48-
